Cierra (left) is a Methow native with a lifetime of local knowledge, a decade in proptech, and operates as co-owner of Marksmen Construction, a general contracting company in the valley specializing in start to finish residential construction. Her deep connections and network make her an invaluable resource for clients navigating both land and home decisions. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her in Twisp with her husband and two kids, soaking up the Methow lifestyle she helps others discover.

Emily (right) brings over a decade of real estate experience and a proven track record of guiding clients through every aspect of buying and selling. With market expertise, an eye for detail, and a genuine love for the Methow and its outdoors, she’s the steady, knowledgeable partner you want by your side in a major life decision. Known for her attentiveness and detail-oriented approach, she is the kind of partner who makes complex decisions feel clear and manageable. Outside of real estate, she can be found in her garden, out on the trails, or cheering on her daughter’s sled dog adventures.
